How can I determine my ring size?

Finding your correct ring size is simple if you know how to check it.

A) Use an existing ring that fits well

Choose a ring that fits the intended finger and measure its inner diameter in millimetres. Compare that measurement with the table below.

B) Measure your finger

Wrap a strip of paper or a flexible tape around the finger, just below the knuckle. Mark where it meets, measure that length in millimetres and compare it with the inner circumference in the table below.

C) Compare your country's sizes with ATEMPO's

If you already know your ring size, match it with ATEMPO's Spanish/Italian size (ES/IT) in the table below.

ATEMPO uses the Spanish/Italian ring size system (ES/IT).

When should I measure my ring size?

Measure at the end of the day, when your fingers are naturally a little fuller. Hands should be warm: cold can reduce finger size by up to half a size. Alcohol, salt and hormonal changes can also cause temporary swelling, so avoid measuring after drinks or salty food.

Are all of my fingers the same size?

No. Sizes vary from finger to finger, and even between the same finger on each hand. For the best fit, measure the finger that will wear the ring.

What if I'm between sizes?

Choose the larger size. A little extra room is more comfortable. If you prefer a perfect fit, we can also make a bespoke piece for you.
