Step 1
CONSULTING AND DESIGN
Tell us your idea via email at hello@atempojewelry.com or WhatsApp. The more information you share with us (photos, sketches, colors, and references), the easier it will be for our team to shape your project from the beginning. If you need inspiration, you can see our completed works on our Instagram.
With the collected references, we will prepare your first appointment: via video call or at our showroom in Murcia. In it, we will define the design in detail: style, shape, size, stones, metal, finishes, and possible engravings or other extras. Always taking into account the lifestyle, tastes, and personality of the person who will wear the piece, to ensure it fits perfectly with them.
Step 2
GEMSTONE SELECTION AND DESIGN CONFIRMATION
Our team will contact our network of trusted gem suppliers to find the most suitable and highest quality gems, usually presenting you with several options based on your preferences and budget. This process can take a few days, depending on what you are looking for. If you are a local client, you can view the stones in our showroom. If you cannot visit us, we will send you photographs by email or WhatsApp.
Once the design and materials are approved, we will request a 50% deposit to reserve your order and begin with the final design. We will show you a 3D image or render of your future piece of jewelry. Only when you have reviewed and approved every detail will we proceed to production. Throughout the entire process, we will be with you by phone or email, keeping you informed of every advance and answering any questions.
Step 3
PRODUCTION
We closely monitor production with our workshops, reviewing each piece at every stage to ensure order requirements are met.
Since designs are completely custom, the process usually takes between 20 and 30 business days, so we ask for your patience. We will stay in touch with you throughout the process to answer any questions.
If your situation is exceptional and requires it, we can adjust production times to meet a specific date, although we always recommend working within our usual margins in case of any unforeseen circumstances.
Step 4
QUALITY CONTROL AND DELIVERY
Once the piece is finished, it goes through our quality control, where we meticulously check all its finishes.
When everything is ready, we will notify you so you can pick up your new piece of jewelry. If you prefer to receive it by mail, we will proceed with the shipment.
Whether you pick it up in-store or have it shipped, your jewelry will be sent with our packaging: we wrap it with great care and include the ATEMPO quality certificate. You can also add a handwritten note to make your gift or the gift for a special loved one even more personal.
